Chris Collins has been playing "The Real Deal" since joining Southampton Blues Legend Bob Pearce in 1993. He has toured Europe and the UK with Bob and backed or supported numerous visiting American Blues Artists including Billy Boy Arnold, Sonny Rhodes, Magic Slim, John Primer and Koko Taylor.

He is joined by his band, Blues Etc… which consists of some of the finest musicians in the South.

Depending on the venue, the line up can include Darren Stevens on Bass and a variety of talented local musicians to complete the line-up.

Their main influences are Chicago and, West Coast Blues, but they can turn their hand to some Soul or Rock 'n' Roll if required. Many of the songs are written by Chris, quite often with some risque lyrics!!! One of his songs being recorded by Chicago based Alligator Records recording artist C.J. Chenier, on his release, "The Big Squeeze".

They have played all types of venues, from small, laid back trio gigs to festival stages and have travelled as far as Switzerland and The Falkland Islands!! Please listen to these Blues!!
